C8 ZO6 Engine Compartment Vibration/Rattle
Hi All,
Just picked up a new C8 ZO6 and have been noticing a vibration / rattle / buzzing from the engine area, behind and slightly to the right of the drivers seat, when accelerating above 2k RPM. I've been able to reproduce in different drive modes, at speeds ranging anywhere from 30-70 mph, and its only ever when accelerating, not when idling, or decelerating. Has anyone else heard something similar? Is this just from normal vibration of the engine and something I should learn to ignore, or cause for further investigation?
I tried to capture the noise in the two attached videos, but it doesn't come across as loudly as in cabin. These two videos are accelerating light/moderate (2-4k RPM) from a stop and the noise in this instance doesn't start until around 30-40 mph. All opinions are welcome, thanks for taking the time to weigh in!
