WTB high wing

Was wondering where everybody is buying the high wing with all the necessary bolts and templates for installation. I have a HTC non z51. So I don’t have the z51 spoiler/ predrilled holes.
any help is appreciated.

I have a brand new C7 Carbon high wing painted carbon flash for $850 shipped lower 48 if interested. Boxed ready to ship and comes with template.
