The hood is a bit long. The attachment points on the headlights to the front quarter panels is a bit different. The curve on the door vent is wrong. Here it is more of a C, the real one is more of an A. The wheel may still change, but that is not the complete wheel. The emblem will be updated and should be encircled much like a C4. Hood vent is missing. And hood looks a bit long in this render. Headlight general shape is close but the design will be a bit updated.
Look at what firstvettesoon has done in his latest renders and model a lot from that.

I see the windshield on the driver's side is taller than on the passenger's side. Is that to allow more room for a helmet?
I hope some designer at GM is reading all this stuff here and has zeroed in on my comments and included photos. I'm not liking anything put up here at all.
I get the logic of thinking that it's going to be nothing more than a C7 with alterations but what a disappointment that would be. Whatever they come out with will set the direction for the next 5 to 10 years at least.
Any design department that thinks this looks good should be fired on the spot.

Why has every "render" have the front that looks like a C7?: Do you folks think they are going to build the C8 to look like the C7?.I would like to see a NEW model not one that looks like one they have made and are still making

I smell...sarcasm. I'm actually baffled how that truck ever got past the concept phase.
