Judging by appearances, and to the best of our knowledge, all the ME mules we've been seeing are Vettes. Does that mean the Caddy ME, if coming, is at least a year behind?
I just don't see a ME Caddy ever, why would pensioner's want a sports car at their age? but what do I know my first car was a Cor...…………..vair. (dam good in snow)
I raised the question due to the image of what seemed to be a Caddy ME key fob which was shown on this forum recently. Of course it could have been a hoax.

That's a legitimate question. I think if they are going to release one, it would be well after the Corvette is released. I'm trying to see how a mid-engine car would fit into the Cadillac product line. Cadillac has a history of failed two-seat cars. With the recent announcements of plant closures and layoffs, it doesn't seem like Cadillac would be given the green light for such a risky project.

Think you need to take off the blinders; if you look at all the members of the Corvette clubs, you'll see that we all love our "sports cars".
In fact, you should probably check out my restomod build in the link below...

Oh really? I, for one, WOULD! What's age got to do with wanting a Corvette? I've owned 14 Corvettes and 7 Caddys over the years and while I can't wait for the ME Corvette to start production, an ME Cadillac would be as cool as a ME Corvette, maybe even better.
I may be wrong but I 'm pretty sure a Caddy buyer is not a C7 buyer and vice versa that was all my point was, and still believe this view of car buyers.
Of course there are exceptions , people with more money buy more cars. Many folks like me can just buy one toy at a time.
Caddy over a new vette lol no way in hell.
Lots of guys on here with CTS and C6/C7 including this guy. At 75, I, along with some friends in the club, have both an XT5 and a C6ZR1. On top of that, I'm shopping for a new C7Z06.
I don't believe have wrong impression, those corvette fans with one only car budget buy a corvette over a caddy but I think we are beating a dead horse, enjoy all your cars.
I would happily buy any CTS/ATS V car produced over the past few years. They look good, perform well and have been well received. I am not into the luxury cruisers, but there is no reason to bring them up. No one thinks of the 7 Series when they think of fun to drove BMWs.

Hmm. I've got a Caddy and a Corvette. Like 'em both. Guess I screwed up!
I’ve owned two Cadillac XLR’s; one V before I was 50, and also before I bought a Corvette. Bought them because they were unique, didn’t see myself coming at me, like you do with a Corvette. Traded the V this spring for my Z06; first Corvette. Also own a CTS-V coupe, so I’ve own more Cadillacs than Corvettes and am probably younger than most Corvette owners, so I don’t think it’s an age thing.
