Default All the renders are wrong!

I'm excited about the new C8 and I have a tidbit for you. All the current renders are wrong. The C8 won't have big hips and a big *** air intake like the mules tooling around America. Chev has also messed with the front end.
The C8 is going to be amazing.
Kudos to G.M. for keeping their employees quiet.

I would not say they are all wrong, I have seen much of the finished car and it is amazing, you guys will love it, plus if intel is correct, there will be 4 cars at the reveal. I do know the convertible animation is not actually correct, that will be cool too.

7.18.19 is going to be historic for Corvette!

I've always thought the huge air intakes wouldn't make it to production. Hoping they don't...

So the heat exchanger/radiator in the video is fake too? Your info is at odds with other "insiders" Thank you for another speculative post with no source information.

I tend to agree with you. And do hope you are correct. These renderings are over the top. I think I would feel “douche baggy” driving one. We’ll soon see!

I heard it's still front engine, they styled it like an ME to fake everyone out...or not

I tend to agree about the air intake, it doesn't need that much air, especially (and I don't know this) if it has front radiators. In any case, I've seen the mules running around near my office in Wixom and it'd be difficult to guess much of anything from those. They do, however, establish the overall stance and maximum proportions. It can be slightly smaller in many dimensions, with several inches of padding in some places, but it's still a mid-engine V8 vehicle. It's really difficult to package that without a fat butt.

24 days until we all know for sure. Until then, it’s all speculative.

KH, Are you serious? Maybe I take this stuff too serious but this reminds me of April Fools day when people take it too far. Why not a little clue that shows good faith? Does the C8 resemble a present day car? It must because most cars resemble another car.

At this point not sure I care, we have about 20ish days until we know the truth. I have to admit they have done a great job keeping this quiet.

Yep - I heard that the new ME-styled FE, with a super big rear end, now supports FOUR golf bags!

Double edged sword in your statement. Do you have non-speculative source information that establishes that those are actual (and functional) heat exchangers/radiators? It could be part of the camo. It could be something they stuck out there temporarily to keep something cool that will get airflow differently on a car without the camo. It could be anything or nothing at all.
