Hi, just put a deposit on my first Corvette here near Montreal, im the third one on list at MSRP, now i have a C63 AMS-S but always like the Corvette and my brother had a C5 Z06 and a C6. Am i the only one to think the car really needs to be lowered 1'' to 1.25'' to look good and maybe some spacer also?? i Hope Hnr and Eibach are gonna fast to release coil springs at least.
Also does the Z51 are lower than regular one? Because the one they are reveal seem quite low, but all pictures of real one in the street are very high front and rear.

I disagree. Especially now that there is an option for front end lift. My C6 scrapes going up my curb into the garage unless I take a sharp angled approach. Personal opinion, I don't care for most cars that appear to have very little ground clearance, to many potential issues.
Go on Facebook and join the C8 Corvette Group. Alan Johnson has posted great pics of the suspension. The front spring perches are fixed due to the front axle lift. Only the rears are adjustable for corner balancing. I couldn't comment on whether or not cars w/o front axle lift had adjustable front spring perches.
I read that the Z51 cars have adjustable spring perches, so with those you can set the ride height however you want. The base cars do not have this, you'll need lowering springs for them. I'm hoping that checking the box for front end lift doesn't affect this.

Its about correcting the ridiculous wheel well gap which plays a huge role in overall appearance.
Sounds like it’ll be a more expensive fix than just lowering bolts in the past. I wouldn’t get too aggressive with lowering for the sake of function like you mentioned, but an inch or so lower would make a big difference in appearance. The front end lift package makes this move a little easier to live with.
There is a big difference between the gap and overall look between some pictures and configutator.
If its like the reveal ( first pic ) i am totally ok with the look, but if its like the Orange one in the street.. :/
een configurator, the release and reel street pictures...

Front perch is fixed with the lift system. Unsure on Z51 w/o lift system.
Yes . I agree , the car needs about 1 inch lowering . The cars showcased are all lowered to make them look better , even GM knows it and they did it for show
