Once GM issues allocation you will have an allocation.
Hope you really understand process.
If you really understand the process you would know that there are Allocations to each dealer 1st wave and 2nd wave and if you get a deposit (refundable) with a dealership that has them and they are trustworthy like say a dealership that's been doing business for 60years you will be guaranteed the exact car #in the ordering process of Allocations as your deposit came in and once they are filled up they should tell you no Allocations but you can deposit for a wait list of more Allocations that will be announced early March after the Feb snapshot

Cornell Chevy told me today they were issued 90 cars for the first batch of allocations, 15 were spoken for before yesterday, then they had a blue C8 demo there yesterday and the rest 75 allocations were gone in 31 minutes. They aren't taking any more deposits until they know more about the second batch of allocations.
