I know there is a great sticky thread, but here is my question. If there are constraints, will your order be placed? That is, do you know at the time of order placement if it is an accepted order. If not, how long after you place an order do you find out. I am assuming that if you place an order that is not filled in a few days, you can cancel. Seems it should only be a valid order if it is accepted by GM.
