Well GM has to care... Its a new GLOBAL standard for measuring a cars CO2 footprint (fuel consumption) and EPA (US) and NECD (Europe) is replaced by WLTP

So we can compare cars globally how much they emit CO2 and use fuel.
Still not going to be 100% correct for our driving, but all cars are compared on same standard.
WLTP is measured as fram CO2 pr km... so i guess you will have ounces /mile ?

Your measuring system is so fucked up complicated compared to metric system, its beyond me that you don't change it :-)
