A dealer in St. Augustine Fl. has told the car club that it sponsors they will gives us the chance to order a C8 for MSRP + $5,000. I feel so loved! Nope, not gonna happen, ever.

Stupid is rampant at the dealerships.

Just bought a house in WGV! Hope to meet up with you at some point in the future!
No need to pay market adjustments, plenty of big dealers with available allocation at MSRP, and willing to help ship with courtesy delivery. If having the car 5 months sooner makes that big of a difference, I guess go for it. No one to blame other than the consumer who is caught up in the emotion and not reaching out to MSRP dealers and paying these market adjustments. If no one was biting these dealers would need to sell at MSRP.

Elmer I live in Tampabay and most dealers have a 1000.00 dealer fee which i refuse to pay in addition to ADM. Thats why I went with Mike at Criswell would rather support the Corvette museum with R8C than support greedy dealers.
I would advise the same about Mike Furman... everyone talls about it being sold out lol. It's not and Mike has plenty of allocations for 2020.. so email him at Mfurman7@aol.com another forum member did after I suggested it the other day. PM'd me it's a done deal.. easy as that.
Good luck. People would ever pay an ADM amaze me. Unless beyond money to burn. I'd rather give a family on the welfare line the 5k than the dealer.
My brother is one of the partners and owners of a 22 dealership chain. They believe going over MSRP is bad business, that more money is to be made in a long term relationship that includes servicing the vehicle. But what does he know, he only has learjet money vs the dealer who high fives over a $5k gouge and couldn't care less about wrecking their customer base.

They sponsor our Corvette club. I asked what our club discount would be on a new C8. The sales manager had to go to the general manager to get a decision. He called me back and said $5000 over sticker for everyone.🤣🤣
RD Banks Chevrolet in Warren Ohio has 1 allocation left at MSRP and will drop ship it to a dealer near you.www.rdbankschevrolet.com Long time dealer with a good reputation. GM is Fran Jenkins
One thing to be aware of with lemon laws is that they usually only apply to the state where you buy the vehicle. I am not sure how a Lemon Law claim works on a car bought in New Jersey if you transported it to Florida, for example. I saw a Chrysler owner having issues with a lemon law case recently because he did does not live in the same state where the car was purchased. Just an FYI.
I had a Brother in law who would give me the brother in law discount. Only 2 Grand more then anyone else paid.
Happy to say he is an EX brother in law and now I do not have to Drive Ford pickup trucks anymore to keep peace in the family.

Our Calif. club sponsor is at MSRP. Ordered last week, no money to order, pay when the car comes in. If you don't want it for any reason that's ok to.
Maybe where you live. Maybe closer to $4,000 where I do.
I can't imagine spending that kind of money to ship a car when it wouldn't even come close to that cost if you flew to the dealer you were buying it from, and then drove it back home, even if the distance was thousands of miles. It would be fun to experience your new C8 for the first time by going on a nice long road trip too.

You don't want to drive a C8 Corvette from Nashua (or really anywhere in the Northeast) to anywhere else in the country until after May. High performance summer tires and snow/sub 40 degree roads don't mix.
