Clarification
So I'm building the C8. On the price guide it gives 2 options. Ground effects kit $3850 and Rocket panel extension $2920. But the visualizer has just the rocker option and when I click the side it says remove Z51 package. Don't understand.

Neither do we. The Order Guide is a better tool to use in configuring. The options you mention are not available to order, which may contribute to the confusion with the the visualizer. Both are “Late Availability”, with no public information about when they can be ordered. Further, as the Order Guide makes clear, those options are dealer accessories, not items installed at the plant, so they can be ordered later. (Accessories are typically shipped to the dealer from the vendor, with no plant involvement. The delay in availability is probably a vendor delay of some sort.) And finally, it seems likely that the Ground Effects Kit includes the Rocker Panel Extensions plus some sort of splitter and canards. Exactly what they are will probably become clear when they become available to order. Hope that helps.

Considering that the Z51 comes with a small splitter, people who like the Z51 splitter might not want a splitter/rocker combo. Remains to be seen how useful the rocker extensions might be in reducing road rash to the fenders.
