Napa is real leather made with a specific process. That is why it is referred to as Napa. However, it has a coating to protect it.
Realistically, Mulan will probably hold up better over time. Real leather isn't as durable as the synthetics.
There are some synthetic leathers out there that feel just as good as real leather but hold up better.
That said, I'm going with the 3LT interior if I get a C8.

Got 1LT and love it ,
Bought my C7 with the 1LT and will do the same with my C8 when the time comes. My 1LT is very well equipped as far as I am concerned and a joy to drive. To each his/her own . Enjoy this fantastic car.
