Well the choice has been made....I went by a dealer today that had a couple of Ceramic Matirx vettes and it was a nice sunny day....the color just doesn't represent itself like it does in pictures, and to me, doesn't give me the pop or WOW factor..... so I will be getting mine in Sebring Orange, just like my C7.

Im doing the same thing.
I like the wheels offered. But I don’t love them. Taking the extra option money from the wheel upgrade. And getting aftermarket ones.

Ill take the stock rims and use them to eventually mount snow tires on them.
Ill either buy aftermarket or buy a set of oem rims take offs and have them painted black by a wheel repair shop for probably 400 or 500.
i didnt love the black polished lip wheels but for $500:i would have bought them. For a grand Ill pass and just do I as I mentioned above so I have an extra set for snows.
i daily drive my corvettes .

I'm going with the no-charge base wheels.
I would have went with the 2 tone trident if they were a no cost option.
But, for the money that GM is asking for their wheel options, I'l just take that money and put it towards a set of forged wheels instead.
