Did anyone who attended any of the live presentations ask if the heated seats in the C8 will work? They sure don't in my C7.

Probably no one was so rude as to ask the question in that way.

Thank God it's under warranty. Maybe you should use it.

No secret that both the heated and ventilated feature in the C7 seats are a joke. But some will claim theirs either froze them or could start a fire with them

Mine work fine. If yours did not work, why didn't you take it back to the dealer? Confused.

I watched the presentation on YouTube last night and at one point Tadge semi-jokingly said "are there any questions with a positive premise"?

There is a time and a place to ask questions, and unfortunately, many people are clueless to that. The introduction of a new generation of Corvette hosted by the design team is not the time to bitch about issues from the prior generation car.

The presentation, and the Q&A session, were great. A big "Thank you!" to Tadge and his team for sharing the studio pictures, design insight, and their time!

Heated seats in my 2017 Stingray worked great. I used to drive with the top off in 40-50 degree weather and the seats took the sting out of it. I've owned other cars with heated sinks and the corvette ones are comparable.

Agreed. Some of the questions were ridiculous. "Will it have a better GPS system?" And then some stupid crack about a $99 garmin. ugh. How embarrassing.

The heated/cooled seats in my ‘17 Z never worked. The problem; there is NO WAY I’m taking a Z06 to a dealer for a repair unless it’s something catastrophic. I’ve been through too many new damage/joy ride issues for the risk to be worth the reward. Moral is; I really hope the QC on the C8 is stellar because unless it’s something I can fix myself, I’d rather not have it than let the GM lot rat roger any of my cars again.

The seats in my 15 did not heat well...eureka, took it to the dealer and low and behold they had a fix for the problem....nice of Chevrolet to have a warranty on these cars.

"Embarrassing" is the appropriate term.

Continued stupid, embarrassing, and rude questioning like that will just lead to Tadge and the team discontinuing these types of presentations.
