Using what keys and/or mouse buttons? The arrow keys move up/down/left/right. Holding the left mouse button down and moving the mouse around does the same thing. What keys zoom?
From: Calgary, AB. There's a reason why white was the only color offered on every year Corvette. Proud Canadian German Jamaican!

all things being equal, I'd rather be spec'ing my Ferrari on a shitier version than my Corvette on a less shitty visualizer. Oh well, I still love my Corvette.

On my laptop, using two fingers on the touch pad or using the control wheel on the mouse will zoom the visualizer in and out.

Thanks. I think I've figured out what is going on. I have slow internet and the visualizer doesn't like that. It is slow to respond and jerky when I try to rotate views. The visualizer wasn't responding to the scroll wheel. I did get it to acknowledge the scroll wheel sometimes. I once got in a mode where it was working good (real time). I think it had cached the information locally but I don't seem to be able to figure out how I did it. And sometimes I just get a "Something went wrong" message.
