Absolutely love this thing. Hopefully update includes convertible option!

Photo resolution horrible, clunky operation...can't wait until they move it into the actual configurator. Hope this isn't a harbinger of the car itself...

Resolution depends on their server load as well as your connection, plus how long you sit at certain angles. They do it because loading high resolutions at all times is impractical.

I just went on the configurator at Chevy.com and it works fine and has not been updated.

If you use the photo option the resulting image resolution is much higher than if you were to do a screen capture of the rotating turntable image.

Configurator being updated

I just went on the configurator to see if anything was new, and it was down. The message was "The configurator is down for maintenance. Please check back later". I assume this means they're updating the configurator to include the convertible and hopefully making it so it doesn't crash with traffic ( of course it won't be like the reveal night but there will obviously be increased traffic).

I expect that it has been updated for the convertible and that access to the convertible portions are set to take effect at a certain time - guessing 8pm EDT.
