I'm fine with it as it is. But it would have be pretty simple to make the car shorter if they didn't care about putting a trunk in the back.
Targa top has been a Corvette tradition for some time, where would the roof panel go? It won't fit in the frunk.

In all seriousness I'm just giving the OP a hard time.

I like the idea of a trunkish spot and not for golf clubs, but for other long things. and maybe the targa top for those slow cruises.

Great mule car!
I had our wedding reception at a very high-end golf country club.

Back in 2005 they sold it and put up Houses and Condominiums in its place.

Rodney was right.

When you look at the trunk at least myself I think 2 sets of clubs? Hmmmmm. Well yesterday at a dealer a dude brought in his clubs to try it. They fit well.

I told one rep at a showing.....take this back to the team....... there is some old fart botching that he has nowhere to put his dogs like prior models!

But I’ve figured it out......leave the wife home....problem solved.

Chevys first go around at this platform in quite some time. C9 will be the more refined better looking car making this C8 look like the chinese knockoff of a 12yo ferrari 430 it is.

I want the ME design they showed in clay during the reveal. I'm over this car already. Overbite looking beached whale.
