Am I missing something? I don't recall hearing negative reviews about the touring or the competition seats in the C7. I know the seats in every gen prior to the C7 were terrible but ever since the C7 it seems like GM figured out how to make a proper seat. I don't see why the C8 would be an expected downgrade from the C7.

Here I will do it. I hated the seats in my C7 z51 2LT so much I got rid of the car. If I don’t get a C8 in a couple years or sooner I may go back to a C6.
