Anyone else having zero response from Kerbeck on refund request for the $1000 deposit?

We process all refunds by the day after your request...I do them all myself.

I've had s few bad addresses so it could be that. Send me your name and address (dave@kerbeck.com) and I'll check it out Monday morning.

Kerbeck has had a good reputation for years....while are all the deposit refunds being requested? I'm guessing they are for C8's.....'

Dave at Kerbeck is a great guy to deal with, and a man of his word. After not being able to reach my salesman a couple of months back, Dave read my post here on CF, and contacted me immediately. He had my refund sent out immediately and I had it within days. I think they are understaffed, so email is a much easier way to reach them instead of by phone.

I've called for Dave twice and have sent him an email, but NO response. It's been a week. I just wanted to know if they have received my deposit. OH, saw, today, that they cashed my check, but still no response from Dave.
