On Chevy.com web site I was building a LT2. Longbeach red. I want the tan colored interior, but the only color under options is a two tone tan/black, which I do not want. How do I get the whole interior in tan.
What you are wanting is called "Natural DIPPED" meaning the entire interior is Natural (TAN)…..the only way to do that is to jump up to a 3LT. sorry.... I was looking into the same color exterior as well, but wanted the Morello Red Interior....and it too you have to upgrade to a 3LT to get.....the question is.....it is worth $4650....cause that's the difference between the 3LT and 2LT.
I'm going to guess by LT2 you mean 2LT, LT2 is the engine code. You can get only get the dipped natural (tan) interior, meaning EVERYTHING is tan if you go 3LT and choose the Natural Dipped interior. If you select Natural in 2LT you will only get the seat, center console and armrests in natural (tan). The rest of the interior will be black.

Here's the differences between 2LT and 3LT:
Custom Leather Wrapped Interior Package, features leather-wrapped upper instrument panel, door trim panels and console (3LT only) AH2 Seats, GT2 bucket (standard on 3LT, extra cost on 2LT)
IWE Sueded Microfiber-Wrapped Upper Interior Trim Package, includes headliner, visors, trim above windshield and rear window, and A-pillar trim (3LT only)

As you stated, 2LT you will only get the seat, center console armrests, PLUS UP THE SIDES OF THE DASH AND THE GLOVE BOX in natural (tan) which looks awesome too.
I don't think I am cheap, but, 4650 for all tan is on the high side in my opinion. Still on the fence about it. Would like to see both in person to get the feel for it.

That's a 3LT. The 2LT doesn't get the glove box or driver knee pad in tan. Only the 3LT.
Well you gentleman seem to know quite alot about the seats in the C8 I have a question. I ordered Adrenaline Red seats in my 1LT. Does anyone know if only the seats will be red,or will the entire interior be red?..I'll have to change my order with the dealer to black if the entire interior is red.I saw pics of the car at Bomin in Miami and it was just too much red. I'll get the complete black interior and the recover the seats in Red after I take delivery. Thanks...

In the 1LT, only the seats and the band on the steering wheel. And red stitching. In the 2LT, the seats plus the door, console and dash trim.

Thanks,..I appreciate the info on the interior color.

Personally, I was intent on getting the GT2 seats, so that knocked $1700 off the price difference. And the truth is, I love Alcantara/suede SO MUCH that I honestly do sit there and stroke the A-pillar and windshield header trim on occasion. Yes.. I just said that.
I grew up driving 80's cars that had plastic everywhere, so I truly do appreciate the higher grade suede and leather that came on my 3LT - it's amazing. I fault no one for choosing 2LT, but for me, it was an easy decision.
All good! Say whatever you please... If someone doesn't like it, point to your C8 and say, "That's mine, what you got?" Should silence them rather quickly
