Currently sitting at 6500 bucks. I don't see any major red flags. I don't think I'd pay 83k dollars for a C8 Corvette though.

I live in Bucks Cty PA and there are no "premier" Chevy dealers around here. If there were, I would have ordered from them. This seems very risky and unnecessary if one wants a C8.
It does Violate Ebay's listing policy, which requires a VIN. Since it has not been built there is no VIN and any VIN that is posted is likely fake at this stage.
