Default Next allocation date

Anyone have any credible info on the next date when dealers will be able to submit allocations? And will it be two dates in January like it was in December, or more - as the holidays will be over?

Will dealers get more allocations going forward? MacMulkin told me they received 70 in December. I also heard that they had a total of 1172 which should give them close to 100 per month. Hopefully they get more than the 70 they got in December in the upcoming months.

I think those 70 would be per allocation, not per month, and I think that per allocation number will increase.

Does this mean that dealers with "first round" allocations should have their allocations picked up by GM on January 9? That would be the 3rd and final DOSP for round 1? Please confirm. Thanks.

Allocation Date (Consensus) =/= Order Entry Date (DOSP)

Consensus cycle 1 for January opens on January 9th (Thursday) and closes on Jan 13th.

DOSP (Order Entry) starts Jan 16th for week 1 and Jan 23rd for week 2.

Allocations will lead the orders being 'picked up' by at least one week in nearly all normal cases.

Does this mean there is likely a second consensus cycle for January beginning Jan 16th?

Yes, but Corvette is in just one of the two cycles.

Most months have 2 cycles except when holidays get in the way. December usually only has one cycle.
