Default Initial allocations

Does anyone know if the initial - first 3 months - allocations that we’re guaranteed to dealers has been fulfilled. I understand that the total number of allocations for the 2020 model year will be reduced by 20%.

2 DOSP's to date > Sept & Dec
16-20% reduction seems solid > 7 months is a short model year

Do you know if a second round of allocations will occur later in the month? My dealership received half of what was anticipated. Less than December allocations.

I'm also wondering, as my dealership had 7 first round allocations and thus far got 1 in Sept and 2 more in December. I am next up, being #4 but when I reached out to them Thursday, and again Friday this week they said they don't see any. I would think the remaining 4 of their guaranteed allocations would be awarded in January. Hopefully, the Sales guy just didn't get the correct info. I'll try again next Thursday.

Dealership here is/was expecting 10 on average. But with two allocation drops per month so far they got five on their first and are hoping for more later this month.

My dealer has received 9 allocations out of his projected 11 for the "1st wave".

If your #4 and the dealer has 7 allocations first round , it would appear that your #4 will fall in february if your dealer is up front with you.

How do you figure? Wouldn't Sept, Dec and Jan be considered first Quarter round ??? I would expect January being #4 out of 7 First round, or first quarter allocations. They were anticipating a TOTAL of 29 for the year, but 7 in the initial first round. As I mentioned, they have had 3 already picked up and I'm next barring any constraints.

Read it again, Jake. Dealer was assured 7 allocations in the first round, and an anticipated 29 total vehicles in 2020.

I would expect the first 7 to get picked up in the first 3 months that allocations are accepted.

I do think that Jan concludes the first quarter guaranteed allocations. I was originally number 3 at my dealer who had 8 initial. I slipped to 5 because I think they put someone ahead of me and because of constraints I was bypassed in sept during the first consensus. Communication with my dealer had been poor and I was pretty sure I was being screwed. To make matters worse, I was number 182 at Macmulkin and I gave that allocation up, because I wanted to stay local. I called yesterday, expecting to hear I was still at 1100, but they told me I was at 3000 with a TPW of 3/2. My order must of been picked up in Dec but they never told me. I have since confirmed this with the concierge. So this small dealer had at least 5/8 allocations picked up in Dec.

Default How many cars have been ordered against actual allocations

Any sense or guesses as to how many orders have been accepted through the allocated order process to date now at stage 2200 and 3000?
