Yeah. Last few times I’ve chatted them they’re not available. Email was fastest, they replied to me in about 8 hours.

Yeah, just means they were all busy when you called. They won't have you wait on hold or anything. You can wait for that callback appointment or try again after a little bit.

Or use the chat function at chevrolet.com. I see that a couple of weeks ago and got an update within a couple of minutes.

Keep calling the number. Sooner or later you will get through and get to talk to a real person.

I emailed them last night about 9pm, fully expecting then not to see it until the morning and to my surprise, they replied within about 30 minutes. I knew I was at 2000 at the time and thought by the time they replied it would be this morning and I was hopefully at 3000. So when they QUICKLY responded, I was still at 2000.

My dealer told me this morning, that I had moved to 3000 and sent me a screenshot !!!

Isn't it weird they they just dont have a web site where you enter an order number and it spits out a status code? As a coder, I can tell you, that would be really easy, easily worth saving all the money they are paying humans to make customers wait for hours or days.

I've go a 'vert' that's at 3000 as of today also. No TPW yet. That's the next big step. Some 'verts' are already scheduled. Many think it's a function of color. I'm one of the many that have Torch Red so we'll see in the next week or so.....

They used to have a web site that did exactly that. Apparently it caused more problems that it solved. This is really a service that your dealer should provide. Mine does.

I called the concierge yesterday morning and they answered the phone and I was connected to a live person who was able to answer my questions and confirm my car is at 3000 and that I will get a TPW next week. They sent me a couple of email to make sure they had all my information. I was kind of bummed as I wanted to adjust my order with going from a 2lt to the 3lt, engine cover, rocker panels, splash guards , mag ride and the front lift but they said it had gone to 3000 and they could not change it. I was a little bummed but I can get the dealer to install the rockers panels and splash guards along with the red engine cover.
