Yes, you can move it up/down and side to side to adjust airflow.

It’s not really “on” the screen, it’s on the narrow vent below the screen.

Thanks, But if you look closely, it looks like that little flap closes back in after you adjust it. That would be pretty cool, if not It looks pretty cheap and like it could break easy.
