I have a couple of questions as I want to order the convert. Went into my local dealer Rydell Chevy in Northridge CA to ask some questions. They said they had an allocation for the convert and were asking 2K over MSRP (I hate paying over MSRP) and the car would probably be a 2021. My question is how do I know they have an allocation and how do I get a reasonable idea when the car would be built.
thanks
You don't. Dealers make stuff up all the time. You want the most reliable experience, use one of the forum dealers that will be straight with you, charge no fees and will sell at MSRP...
Good question. Ask them to show you on the 'GM Workbench' maybe... And never pay 2k over MSRP, as there are too many other dealers that won't gouge you.
I live right by Rydell, they serviced my C7, but ordered my Vert from MacMulkin because they aren't screwing you over with dealer markups... and they're a forum sponsor. They've been super responsive and helpful. Order one from them, even with delivery, you'll still save money over getting from Rydell.

Thanks for the responses I have a 2016 ZO6 (Z07) which Rydell has been great on serving. I tried buying from then that car but they have posted prices and really don't negotiate. Bought the Z06 from another dealer and got 10K off MSRP.
