If you are doing an NCM Delivery then they will install the High Deck spoiler prior to delivering. I am doing the same thing and they will also install the mud/stone guards for 25.00 plus cost of the part.
You're the Guneau pig. The price of being first orndam near one of. Does it matter? Not really. But more than likely their best tech will do it. But he'll have mixed emotions as he has to take double or triple the time for the first one. Could go either way. Whe. The car arrives find the tech and slip him a 50 or a hundo. That it my understanding, the bolts go in from underneath not from the TOP.
The comment that the bolts can be accessed by removing the truck liner is interesting. Hopefully Rick Conti will have the video and I can put on my iPad and show the C7 Tech doing my PDI and High Wing install!
As far as taking extra time, the Courtesy Delivery Service manager where they did my C7 Grand Sport is also doing my C8. He said they get paid separately for that install from the PDI by GM to install my Stage 2 Aero option so assume they get reimbursed for the C8 High Wing install. In any case, already decided my Corvette Tech Tip will be the Z51 Spoiler as he can deal with selling it wherever.
