C8 encounter
On Monday, 2/17 I was driving my C7 convertible in Lake Mead National recreation area on Lake Shore Road and observed a C8 on the same road. I followed it to a rest area where he pulled in and I followed him in. There was a RV and another C8 parked there, I spoke with them and learned they were conducting media test drives in the area. It is a great road to travel with little traffic and lots of hills and curves. Since they saw I was a Corvette owner, they spent some time talking with me and showing me the two factory cars they had there. One was Torch Red with black interior and the other was the new Bronze with the natural interior (what a great color combination). It was nice to see the cars in person and talk to the drivers.
