C7s were made as early as late August 2013 if I recall. The C8 was February so unless 2md shift churns them out it will be significantly less before 21 kicks off imo.
I could be wrong, but my understanding of that plant is that line speed is run a lot slower than other GM plants due to demand. With demand being up and a second shift I don't think the public has a good idea of how many cars get pushed out. We could see a lot more cars shipping than we expect with trying to meet demand.
Every year of corvette has the most sales at the start. GM is going to try and capture as much of that demand as they can.
