Default 5VM aftermarket

I’ve tried a search for the 5VM after and came up empty. Is there anything out yet.

Good afternoon everyone,

I'd like to take a second to introduce ourselves, since our friend Fred Z has been speaking so highly of us.

We're a fresh carbon fiber company, new to the South Florida market, and we're aiming the entire strength of our operations at a hard launch with the C8 Corvette aero systems. We looked around the marketplace and feel we’ve identified two soft spots we can help attack: slow delivery times and somewhat incredible pricing. Now, don't get me wrong, we definitely like money as much as the next person, but we feel we can make enough to be comfortable AND keep prices somewhat reasonable as we expand our catalog, all while maintaining an inventory level that doesn't keep you all waiting 3+ months for product.

As we complete development and production protocols, we expect to keep a mix of 20 to 30 systems in stock at all times, eventually cycling down to a "pay today, ship tomorrow" delivery schedule.

Our first order of business is to bring these 5VM pieces to the market in a way that keeps them available, reasonably affordable, and all without compromising the quality you expect from something that potentially costs thousands of dollars.

We're doing so by sharply discounting the first 10 systems available, and to be honest we're trying to buy our way into the market, since we're confident what you receive from us will be every bit as high-quality as the $6000 OEM system.

Please keep in mind: the first 10 are deeply discounted to allow users to see and experience our quality first hand, but once those initial 10 are gone, the price will go up slightly in 2 tiers. (price adjustment at the next 10, then another small adjustment for the final 10)

It will never come close to $6,000 though, I give you my word.

Second to the 5VM style, we have a Z51 style (3 piece for easy shipping and no winglets) front splitter and some proprietary designs for side skirts, and one or two other splitter designs.

From there we'll shift our focus to the rear glass side vents, under the back glass engine compartment panels, and more. (we're always taking requests and recommendations)

One last thing: with our 3 tiered production and pricing run for these initial 30 units, we're looking into a giveaway to pull a name from those buyers and send them to the Ron Fellows C8 Experience, including the flight out, on us (we're discussing pulling one name from each group of 10, but it's just a discussion at this point), and as we grow to be a bigger part of the community, we expect to offer fun giveaways, event participation, etc... As soon as we are done researching the legalities of this giveaway, we will make an official announcement.

We expect to see you there wearing your A6 t shirts!!!

We've sent email correspondence to CF.Com advertising channels and are now active CF Vendors!

One last thing that we're playing close to the vest: we're in the final stages of acquiring another South Florida Carbon Fiber company that a few of you may know. We see an opportunity to absorb their incredible quality, while resolving their slow delivery reputation. We have some technology components that will speed them up everywhere as we integrate their catalog into our operations, plus investment capital never hurts, right?

So, stay tuned for some big changes to the aftermarket landscape, more incredible product, and a lot of fun and games along the way.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Thanks for being the best corvette family on the internet!!

C8 Coming in Hot 🔥🔥🔥

OK, so I know this is a C7 ZR1 we worked some magic on, but how can we NOT show it?!?!?!

Just getting started!!!

Yes and no.

Yes, you can get the same exact pieces straight from the supplier for $6k. Right now though you can only put $100 deposit down:

No, no one else has released anything that looks better.

I ordered my complete visible carbon fiber ground effects package from Atomic 6 Carbon, after speaking with the owner by phone it appears that they will be manufacturing
a nicer product than what was to be offered by GM's vendor B4 they pulled out, and at a much lower price point. Also, as one of the first 10 to place an order I got what they are calling their Launch Package with several extras to be included.

Looks very similar to what the OEM pieces look like. Not a fan. I am hoping we see other designs soon.

I agree. I am not familiar with them. Are they a forum vendor? Does anyone have experience with their products?

Just spoke to Alan... good guy and very knowledgeable. Look forward to seeing their product. They also have some fiberglass pieces coming out at a lower price point.

For anyone interested.....Atomic6Carbon owner is a very good friend and client of mine. I put this up on a different thread a few weeks ago. Alan will stand behind his product and he will make sure the customer is happy. I happen to have my order already paid for and I am # 2 on the first 10. My car will arrive long after I have my package. Hard to beat his pricing and he knows what is needed for the cars as he has used an original C 8 to make the correct pieces. FWIW.

To those looking for a n aftermarket 5VM kit here is the one produced by Atomic6.
I know the gentleman very well and he , like i mentioned before, is a client and a friend. They just created this kit after seeing the OEM version.

Wow. Reasonable is right! Only $3,500 for the Atomic6 vs $6,100 for the ACS?

I think he has a 3k to 3500k carbon flash and 4k for all carbom. Ask Alan but that is my understanding. He had 10 first time offers would get a discount , I went number 2
