Probably just means you’re the 10th C8 order to go in at that dealership, therefore nine C8 orders will probably get picked up before yours. If you were the 10th person to put down a deposit at that dealership, then having a Priority of 10 on your order sheet makes perfect sense. I have allocation #33 at my dealership and my order shows “Priority 33”.
Dealers assign a priority when it's a preliminary order. It's just a way for the dealer to sort preliminary orders and it's also shows GM which preliminary orders are top priority.

I've only been ordering cars for 20 years so......
Priority numbers only go up to 99.
This is my order screen right now. I have priorities set from 1-11 for sold orders and one at 99 which is just an order I play around with to make sure I'm familiar with what is and isn't compatible and available for order.
