Default Decipher partial serial#

My dealer notified me last week that I had moved to 3400 and my TPW was still 3/16. Today he gave me the plant shutdown news but told me my car would be built as a 2020 because it has a partial last 8 digits of the serial#. It is (L5103103). Can anyone decipher those last 8 and tell me what it means? Is this production# 3103?

Yes, other than maybe a few earlier VIN’s that were skipped for now.

L5103103

L = 2020
5 = Bowling Green
1 = regular production (0 would be CTF, 6 will probably be for Z06, other numbers for any special editions)
03103 = VIN sequence number - not always built in exact sequential sequence, but close.

Thank you. What does CTF mean?
