Hey gang, we all know passive locking where the car auto locks, but one of the features listed is keyless locking where you hit the touch pad on the car once and it locks.
I don’t think there is keyless locking. There is passive locking. There is keyless unlocking but the manual doesn’t mention keyless locking by touching the door button.

Passive locking means not touching anything at all; just walk away and it locks.
Keyless locking means touching the car's exterior button to lock the car.
Sounds like something is wrong with OP's, but I can't imagine what it would be since keyless is a simple feature found on many late model cars, even base models. Weak battery?
I stand corrected. That is the brief reference manual. The main manual doesn’t mention it so it may be an oversight, but I can’t get it to work on my car either.

Yeah, I'm thinking the feature wasn't implemented but got put in the overview material.
That would be quite a disappointment, since the C7 lets you lock all door by pushing the indoor lock button as you get out of the car. If I have to pull the key fob out of my pocket, or turn around and touch the outside door latch, that'll be a pain im the ***.
I was having the same problem but I guess this explains it. I haven't tried to lock it while getting out of the car. I will try that next. If that doesn't work I will toggle passive locking.
