Yes, TPWs have been shifting around (mine included). However, most of the "later allocations getting TPW's, while earlier ones flutter in the wind" are really just a misunderstanding of who has TPW information and who doesn't. I know my TPW for my February order while many don't know ther TPW for January orders. That DOESN'T mean mine is before theirs. It just means that I know mine while I'm at 3000 status and they don't know theirs at 3000 status. Those with NCM delivery or attempting to order the Photo Album from the NCM can get their TPW from the NCM while at 3000 status. Those not doing either cannot get their TPW until they reach 3400. Canadian orders can also get their TPW while at 3000.
I've heard on one instance where a "March" order has a TPW in the near future, but I'm not convinced this particular buyer really went to 3000 in March.

As mentioned in another thread, I emailed Shane for TPW status on my HTC and none was listed. It matters little what the museum or GM knows, as it’s the customers who are banging from guardrail to guardrail. If all TPW’s are known, there’s no reason not to be able to get them. Some can, some can’t.
Yet another failure in the GM customer service product.

I emailed Shane at the museum 3/4 weeks ago.At that time he couldn't see a TPW for my car..I tried again today ,this time with Lori, with whom I ordered the photo album from.Lori gave me a TPW of 8/17..I am almost sure it will move around, maybe get pushed back, but I am happy to just get one...

I also asked this in the other thread. Do you have R8C (NCM Delivery) on your 2020 order? Or did you ask if the Photo Album was available for your order?
Perhaps TPWs for HTCs have not all been assigned yet.
Customer ordered vehicles are a very, very small percentage of Chevy's annual vehicle sales. Their process is built for the 99.99%, not for the 0.01%.

Yes and yes...I had both, but I've now cancelled both as there's a high likelyhood I'll flip the car since I'm getting it too late to drive this year. No point at staring at it sitting in the garage for 5 months right off the bat.

Exactly. Just because one has R8C and Photo Album does NOT mean they have a TPW at 3000 vs. 3400.

Agree. Just because you are paying $90,000 to Chevy doesn't mean you won't be treated better then at a Subway shop. In fact, likely significantly worse from my experiences.

I'm one of these. I called once at the end of May and was told TPW 7/13. Called beginning of June and was told TPW 7/27. Called end of June and was told TPW 10/19. Called again on 7/13 and was told your car is on the assembly line and should ship out in 2 weeks. Called again today and was told TPW 10/12. How can that be if my car was already on the assembly line? The answer is the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They are all over the place and even if you get a TPW they have no idea what they're doing. Sad really... You're better off not knowing...
