Default Got the email!!!

Well I got the email from Mike Furman... He said to expect a call from him Aug 1-10 to finalize my 2021 order. (not accepted by Chevy in the canceled April consensus) So it looks like I'm in the first group for 2021s...

Still probably won't see it until late Dec or Jan.. (perfect convertable weather...lol)

You won't see that 2021 until Feb/March.

why would you say that? I mean it's possible, but if mine is the first produced 2021 on December 1, (or when ever production starts, I could get it a week later. Granted I don't know where I'll be in line, but it is possible I see the car in December or January like I said...

Production is not starting until probably january as december is filled with revamping the line for 2021 and winter vacations. Then you have the long initial QC hold that is about 2 weeks. It most likely will be February if you are first off the line.

Are you allowed to make any changes?

I think I would rather a Dec/Jan 2021 C8 than a Nov 2020 C8 but only if I were allowed to make changes.

So when are you supposed to get the updated pricelist so you can make decisions on which options you want?

I thought I read here that they should be out on the 30th? I hope the new options are available on the configurator then as well.

I have already spoke with my salesman, made one change to my order and I'm set to go for 7-30. We are waiting for the option/price list to calculate final $$$. My deposit was 11-22-19 and I'm hoping for a March delivery(16 months!)

Your e-mail suggest that Mike Furman has an allocation number for the 2021 production. If this is correct than all the dealers in the USA should have also received an allocation number. Why the Aug date? Do you think the dealers all have the new prices for the 2021? Just wondering if the info provide has other parts to it.

Allocation are not out. I believe Aug 1st is when the order workbench opens up for 2021 orders.

end of July with Criswell.
As per Mike’s email. Prices well by available the 27th, orders open the 30th for August/September allocations.

I have no idea other than Mike said he’d call me between the 1st and the 10th. And I really don’t care about price. It’s not going to be that different.
