On second thought.... just go on COPART, and find a salvage title ILT coupe.... that's the ticket...!!!

I wouldn't give them any room to deny your warranty. This is from page 149 of the owners manual.
It says should not, not cannot. It also doesn’t say anything about invalidating your warranty by what you provided. This statement may have more to do about the tires provided on the non Z51 model over anything else.

I guess the heavy bold print that says Track Events and Competitive Driving (Z51 only) means nothing? You can track a Prius if you are hell bent to, but they have denied warranty for less. I wouldn't roll those dice. The non Z51 tires are speed rated, they would have nothing to do with it.

i wouldn’t risk it. GM can be tough on warranty claims, especially if you track the car.

OP, if you are tracking it I would get the Z51 and magride and before you start swapping everything out track the car a few times stock and then decide what mods you want to make.
