I know the is not a C7 forum, but we are all silly boys with silly toys, and a full race 2017 ZO6 is being bid on Bring-a-trailer today.... if you want to know what a "lightweight" Z06 might be, this may give a clue.... plus a pretty cool In-car vid of a run up Pikes Peak.... (all for free YMMV)...
Just remember, when you are actually in the car it feels ALOT FASTER than the video. And BTW, it ain't hard to spin one of these things.....(ask me how I know)

I will have to pass, That looks to be hard to get in and out of as a daily driver. I am just not as thin and agile as I once was. Back in 1989 I seriously considered buy a used Corvette Challenge car. I ended up with a new 90 Corvette, that was maybe the first 6 speed in the Dallas area.
