With OEM could happen. Aftermarket probably not. (I won’t add a little face emoji like you are always hung up on).

GM already said they made the C8 wheels stronger (also means heavier), but there have been no reports of bent wheels so apparently it wasn't all smoke.

Forged wheels = Expensive wheels Cast wheels = Less expensive wheels

I'm currently awaiting for Michelins to be installed on my factory 5 spoke. As I had the factory tires placed on my aftermarkets. Therefore my factory 5 spoke with no tires are:

The 19"...5 spoke weighs 25.5 lbs.
The 20"...5 spoke weighs 32 lbs.
