Problem with rear view camera

try jiggling the wire going to the camera in the top of the rear hatch. That fixed mine. Been good for weeks since then, obviously a loose connection. Will have dealer check it out.

rear view mirror camera problem.
On occasion the rear view mirror turns a light blue.with no picture. Anyone have a fix. I know there is a module in the seat area fuse box.that controls the camera /mirror. As soon as I can get into the box I'll try to swap it out. There may be another way to fix it that I'm not aware of.

let me know if you find a fix for it, I have the same issue I took it to the dealership and they orden a new camera but still waiting on it to arrive. I did try swapping the rear view mirror with another C8 and still got the blue or black screen. So hopefully it’s the camera and not the wiring.

Rear view camera problem
For those who may have a problem with the camera,forget module 20 in the between seat fuse panel. It turns out it’s a 3 prong fuse, mine was ok . If the problem is intermittent it’s not the fuse. Just getting to the fuse panel is a major pain of the ***. Its the worst design. I have an appointment this Thursday with a dealer. Probably the camera or a wiring issue.
