Default Spoiler with no splitter

Looking to add a Z51 or high wing spoiler to my new C8. My driveway has about 1/16 “ clearance if I pull in at the optimal angle, so a splitter is probably a no go. I will seldom be at speeds over 100mph and don’t intend to ever track it. Do I need to worry about the front stability?

Highly doubtful. The supposed 400 lbs. of downforce of the spoiler is at 180 MPH and the force dynamics aren’t linear. At 90 MPH (which you won’t be making track force turns at), you might have the equivalent of perhaps 150 pounds in the rear trunk.

If I remember correctly, you can order a High Wing for you C8 without Z51 option, but not the Winged Spoiler. If that true, the High Wing's downforce must not effect front end balance like the Spoiler/Wing does.
GM has never told what the Top Speed of C8 is with the High Wing is, just that it has less drag. Sounds like the spoiler applies max rear Downforce, at lower speed vs HW.
With C8's base design, moving passenger compartment FWD, toward the front wheels, that along gives it 400 Ft/Lbs of max downforce at the base of the windshield, that may play a factor in High Wing not effecting frontend stability at lower speeds.

I'd do the High Wing if you don't want to install a front splitter. This is coming from a man, that ordered Z51 with a High Wing, as I prefer it's look. The ricer look to me is a C7/C8R race car High Wing. .
