Default Sigala

I orderd carbon flash rocker extensions from Sigala a few weeks ago. I have sent a few emails and have called them multiple times with no response. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks

They are really backed up. PM your info and I’ll get a response for you. Also ordered and picked up same item.

I bought the carbon flash extension from them. It took about 10 days and they shipped them out. Received installed and all
good.

Beginning to loose patience with these guys. They don't respond to email or phone calls. Its been 2+ week since my order, a Splitter, and nothing. Has anyone received a order from these guys recently ?

Question for those that have received their side skirts in Carbon Flash. How is the quality and is it similar to ACS? Thinking of ordering them, but do not want an item that is thin and bends in half when you hold it in the middle.
Thanks

My question is: are these guys for real ? Orders that don't ship and unresponsive customer support is an issue...as much as the quality of the products assuming anyone has actually received something from them.

I ordered a 5VM set from them, they are real. The shipping took about 6 week, part costs are on the low side and you get what you pay for sometimes when it comes to service.

Unacceptable for them to not respond.

Accept them as they are or go elsewhere. It seems simple enough to me, just like with any other vendor.

I 100% agree. I will not do business with someone that will not to respond to multiple emails and calls from customers. Not sure why anyone would.

I think there could be a language issue or just poor service. I communicated with them about a couple of their videos and they response was kind of vague. If they do have good products, it is a shame nobody there understands how lack of communication and/or service hurts them big time. Meanwhile, they keep turning out install videos with horrible audio quality.

I actually have an order with them and had the same experience. I sent a few emails along with calls and texts... finally got a hold of someone by phone. She apologized and explained to me that they were not prepared for how many orders they got for the C8. She claims they are knocking them out. My front splitter was done and they had a target date of later in the week for my rocker extensions. They are suppose to ship out this week so we will see. I did feel a little better after speaking with her but until the entire transaction is completed this is all I have for now.

My question exactly! I ordered the carbon fiber triangle pieces for the engine bay from them 10 days ago. After no action on my CC, and not hearing a word from them, I attempted to call them 5 times in 6 days, with no response, I called my CC company and had them to block Sigala. I then broke down and ordered them from GM Parts, and paid almost twice as much as Sigala charged. I just don't trust any company that doesn't communicate with me at least once in 10 days!
