Get a cheapo silver fabric twist to stow shade. We got a 2 pack at Costco for $10. Works the same as the fancy ones. But when it falls apart and they all will, you throw away the price of a Starbuck's Venti Mocha Latte. Not a mortgage payment.
So is anyone using the Covercraft sun shades? How are they working out? Where are you storing it when not in use, does it fit behind the passenger seat? I appreciate any feedback any one who owns them can supply. I’m thinking about ordering the “COVERCRAFT UVS100 Custom Sunscreen”
I tried a couple different types of the “spring loop” sun shades but they don’t really work, they really need the visor to hold them down; C8 visor doesn’t flip down far enough. I guess, alternatively, has anyone found anything OTHER THAN the CoverCraft sun shade that is working well for them?

I had the same visor fit problem with my C7 and made this workaround to fit under the visor, my new C8 is in hibernation but will try it out in the spring.
So many post their
on threads, but won't spend it when needed.
I've had covercrafts in my Florida vehicles for decades. Aside from a slight bow that develops over a year or so - depending if garaif or not, all are 100% in tact and operating just fine. At $50-100 each, it's still worth it.
Prices/brands vary depending on your window tint installer. Just make sure it's a top brand tint as they are more optically correct (don't distort the view). Check out your local tint shops to see what they have. I've got 3M Crystalline CR90, 90% IR reduction, 99% UV reduction and 3% glare reduction. CR90 reduces light transmittance by 10%. They have darker Crystalline tints that reject even more, but I don't care for the darker tints due to the reduced vision at night.
It's like having a see-through sun shade up on all windows, all the time.
