Allocations have not ( as yet) been handed out to dealers. They expect them soon. He's lying to you, but he is a car salesman.

He's probably estimating from how many allocations they originally recieved for MY2020.

Ummmmmmm incorrect information. Plenty of 21 allocations left as they have not yet been distributed as noted above.
