Default C8s at Criswell

I stopped by whilst out running some errands and saw this: 5 C8s... 2 coupes, 3 HTCs... apparently awaiting PDI for the lucky new owners. I like the Rapid Blue, but I am not a fan of the stripes on the one.

That silver HTC is mine. Hard to see the silver stripes at that angle but the interior is natural dipped. Shipping soon to Vegas.

My original plan was to fly in and drive it back -- and I almost did that. But this month is my peak season and its difficult to get away. Add the Covid situation and my family was pretty much against it. I really tried but at the last minute had to bail.

So when there's a vaccine and a different time of year I may do the opposite.

Definitely all sold. They all had "sold" signs placed on the dashboards. Poor salesmen... they know they could sell many more if the had 'em.

I don't mind the silver stripes on the blade silver car. But the silver stripes on rapid blue body and black roof don't work for me. Too much going on with that. But then it isn't my car.

I wanted "unstripes". Something really subtile but adding a little excitement to silver. Silver is best for Vegas. Doesn't show dust, doesn't get too hot, easy to clean.

Yeah, we made business trips to Vegas once in awhile. My first time there I was shocked how dirty the place was. I don't mean litter and such but dust and dirt everywhere. You need more rain to wash that stuff away.

Do you know when it is shipping to you? I don't live too far from Criswell, and would like to see the silver/silver combo myself, but can't get there until this weekend. Just curious if you had the timing so it can be delivered with fresh drool on it. Congrats on the ride!!!

I think OP spoiled Mike's Sunday delivery report and picture show. However, he's easy-going enough to not mind too much.

And yes, all of those cars are either waiting for delivery or shipping to owners.

I haven't been told yet when Plycar will pick it up. It might be before this weekend. If I find out I'll post it.

Sorry, no. The sun was at a really bad angle to get any frontal pics.
