The sticker on the car just has month and year. I think that sticker is on the driver’s door jamb. Otherwise I think the dealer might be able to retrieve that date from the computer.

And the sticker may not even have the correct month. Mine says 08/20 but it rolled off the assembly line on 9/3.
OP, your dealer can pull a GM VIS report that will have the date and a whole bunch more info.
