My buddy John received his HTC and I'm in love with it. Coupe was okay but I love the idea of retaining my trunk for my golf clubs as I play weekly. Also, I'm an avid road cyclist so I'll be mounting my Seasucker rack much like I did on my 911 pictured here using the flat engine cover:
Put me down for a 3000 also! Thank you for reaching back out to the Corvette Concierge. We are more than happy to provide you with an order status update.
I have located your order (XXXXXX) and can see that your vehicle is at the Event Description 3000-Accepted by Production Control. I am unable to see any Target Production Weeks for orders with a status of 3000 right now. We expect each order to be assigned a Target Production Week once it reaches 3400-Broadcast. We recommend that you reach back out in 2-3 weeks for an update; orders will not progress until they are 2-3 weeks out from starting production.
Please feel free to reach back out to us here should you have any additional questions, comments or concerns. We are happy to help.
How do you know that all orders will go to 3000 by tomorrow? Please let us know who told you this. Thanks.
Hey Glenn!
The order submission window (Aka consensus) that opens on a Thursday completes on Tuesday, so orders entered Thursday through Saturday will be at 3000 by Wednesday morning.
This is all good news! Finally! I also heard from my dealer and went to status 3000. Zymurgy is right! Maybe a January delivery? Was told shipping will be faster for me living in Nevada now. Instead of going Ohio to LA they are dropping off some C8s in Salt Lake City. YAHOO
I am nervous asking the chevy chat. Last time I did my order number was deleted. Went to dealer to enter order and we had to redue the complete order to enter. Was at 2000 yesterday per concierge.
Had an x order now a z order
When I origianlly placed my order last year the excitement was overwhelming. After all the shutdowns and covid I was resolved on the car will come whenever it does. Now that I am 3000 I am back to the overwhelming excitement again. Seems to be most of what I think about now. Just can't wait for car to get built and delivered.
What I'm doing while waiting is buying 1 goodie for the C8 at a time.
Items bought: lug nut socket, black lugs nuts, radar detector/mirror cord, Escort radar detector, 4 front grills, 2 liters trans fluid, CFM paint, plate frame, jack pucks.
Items in transit: Jake floor and cargo mats, splash guards, CFM front splitter and rocker extensions.
Items to buy: SD card, Hydrocarbon engine cover, CQ ceramic coatings, window tint, TKO air filter, ARH headers, KOOKS cats, ARH cat-back exhaust, and nitrous!
Always looking for new goodies....

this is what I received from CC last week....Your order (X****1) is at the 3000 status. This means that your order has been accepted by production. Your order will be sequenced with a TPW once it reaches the 3400 status.
We would encourage you to reach back out in approximately 3 weeks for your next status update to see if your order has progressed in status. Chevrolet has not announced a specific production date for the 2021 Corvette so its possible that an update for production may be announced during this time.

Sounds familiar.....???
Yes, Received the same message last Thursday. Now its wait and see
With today being November 23rd, all November orders submitted, and the 2020 production data for C8s out; I'm wondering when we will start to see TPW's?
Considering that it looks like the last VIN for 2020 will be 19,456 its looking like the December 8th start announced by GM could some to fruition + the two days part delay = December 10th or thereabouts. Not long to go so I would assume we'd start to see 2021s in TPW range next week?

It would appear that we may see some TPW for MY 2021 the first of December!

I really believe it will be December 15th.... and the last build day for 2020 December 11th or 14th.
