Have not heard back from them so anyone have an idea when we would get a slot# ?
Also do most dealers charge for a courtesy delivery here in central Florida.

I would call them or send and email. They should be able to give you your slot number. I think all dealers that offer courtesy delivery (and all do not), will charge a fee. Could be anywhere between $300-$800. MacMulkin will probably have dealer or two in your area that they have used in the past for courtesy deliveries. However, if you find one that you wish to use, they will work with them

I got my spot about a week after wiring my deposit. They’re super helpful just email asking if they received deposit.
