Museum wants a minimum of two weeks from production to an appointment for delivery. Shane is great at keeping customers updated on production dates. Mine has slipped 3 times with the plant closings and weather. Latest forecast production date is 3/8 with a tentative delivery on 3/22. My original order date was 3/19/20, so I’m going to be right at 12 months if the factory reopens on 3/8.
I got an update from Shane at NCM and the scheduled completion date is 3/18. Planning on trying to schedule pickup after we get back from Barrett-Jackson around the 1st. I’m so excited, I’ve been very fortunate to have owned many Corvettes over the years, but this is the first one I’ve ever bought new, also the newest generation I’ve owned since I sold my ‘02 Z06 about 7-8 years ago.
Fortunately I have the auction to take my mind off the wait, we are taking a stunning ‘67 Corvette Restomod that we just finished building and a 36k mile original paint ‘84 C10 pickup.
Car was ready to be picked up on Tuesday, we are doing museum delivery so the earliest we could go is next weekend, picking it up on Saturday the 10th at 10am. I can’t wait!!
