A new red mist is a creature that cannot be kept in a garage. It needs to be out in the sunlight. To fully cure...ya know? You should take a 3-5 minute video from all angles in the sun and post it on youtube so others waiting for a real production red mist in the wild can see for themselves. Please post this video ASAPly and post the link. The future of the Red Mist brotherhood is in your hands young Padawan.
Speaking of RM always being photographed in the shade, maybe that can replace Punxsutawney Phil for predicting spring. Since the RM cars will never see their shadow, we can count on an early spring!!!

Congratulations! If you're not the first to take possession of your RM, you are probably in the top 10 for sure! That's a nice bit of trivia for you...
And please,if you have the time, take a bunch of pictures, in shade, in full sun, at different times, and different angles, and post them. It would be a huge help for those of us trying to make a color decision!

Yes, if you order the dual racing stripe option, the car will come with the stripe on the top of the car, I believe regardless of which top option you chose. I've seen the stripe on several coupes with the transparent roof. I never gave it a thought, but I suppose the stripes would even cover the exposed carbon fiber roof, if you selected both options.....crazy.

I ordered both tops, and the stripe is on the painted top, and the clear top has no stripe. I did not order the carbon fiber. I have been told but not confirmed that if you order only the clear top then it will come striped.

From the pictures I have seen to date, it looks like where the front bumper cover meets the driver side fender the paint color does not match well? Is that just the pictures or is the paint that much different? I have seen some compact cars with terribly matched paint between the bumper and fender.

Since we were "burned badly" about 10 days ago regarding "Red Mist " when a low life detailer provide false and misleading information ,I suggest we get a vin number or a photo of the window sticker to confirm this is actually RED MIST , before we go down the same road again. Can anybody in Atlanta help us out with this ASAP !

Yup, one car with a VIN above 2300 so more than 2000 orders jumped ahead of the Red Mists. Still no information or communication from Corvette as to the hold up or what they are doing to move forward. Meanwhile covid is surging in KY and neighboring areas of TN even before the year end holiday surge begins so BGA will likely shut down again soon and Red Mists will be back in limbo land -- no cars for you.

Corvette Concierge told me today that my GPH(Red Mist) HTC is @ 3400 with a TPW of 1-4-21. VIN # 2334, so if PL can average 90 per shift all week , my HTC should roll off the line late Friday evening, 1-8-21!
