I have a 2021 HTC and pairing my phone to bluetooth is obviously simple. But for some reason the car erases my phone as soon as I turn it off and I have to repair it every time I get back in the car and turn the car on. The phone doesn't save in the "devices" log list. Anyone else having this issue??

Thank you.
I just started having this same exact problem on my 2020 Chevy Traverse...I dont know if its my Samsung Smart phone or the Traverse??
This is ridiculous to have to do this. "Unplug your computer for 15 seconds."
it does sound ridiculous. But I had a radio that had lost a channel. thinking that I burned some circuit, I called into the manufacturer and they had me pull the power from the back for 1 minute. Guess what? It worked. So I figured, it’s an easy thing to do, there isn’t a downside that I know of, so why not? Still might not work though. With non-volatile memory there may be something still preventing operation. But I can say that unless there is damage, it makes no sense for Bluetooth not to work - except for a software glitch.

If this is a solution to many ills PUT A DAMN HARD POWER DISCONNECT SWITCH on the unit.
